Except... You know those black and white prints you find in trendy retro shops? I can't help but love the aura of that era. I used to crave saddle shoes and get my Mom to sign Buddy Holly cassettes out of the library. I rarely have the patience for a classic movie, but I do love stills and reprints of original posters. Audrey Hepburn, Clark Gable, Marilyn Monroe, Steve Mcqueen.
Which leads me to confess my other, longer lasting, celeb crush. That's right. James Dean. Really, though. Who wouldn't love that leather jacket and smouldering gaze? An immortalized rebel without a cause. To bad Wickipedia told me he was gay.

I love how honest you are. Watching youtube videos of Channing is... awesome!!
James Dean was indeed a sexy, sexy gay man
It's strange you decide to post this right now. I spent the last week obsessing over Channing. Watching youtube, reading whatever I could find...and strangely he is a local boy. I had no idea he grew up in Alabama. (I didn't care really) Then I had this strange thought, "what if I happen to make a trip to Cullman, AL when I hear he's coming home"...NOOOOO I must not become like those other girls obsessed with celebrities.
Glad to see I have such good taste reading my blog ;)
I love James Dean...sigh
Who Channing? =P
James Dean. <3
I think you've just inspired a Dean marathon.
Right, Bobby. Haha
Nothing wrong with a Dean marathon :)
james dean could be summerised as the epitomy of modern day bad ass awsomeness. but they.. those are my lines too.. ahh.. great minds think alike :P..
Omigod... We have similar taste in men. I am embarrassed/proud to say that, upon seeing a trailer for "Dear John" (which I have ZERO interest in seeing, to this day), I fell in love in a very superficial way.
